The concept: create your own wine as a team
On arrival, participants are welcomed by our team of passionate sommeliers. After a short introduction to the world of blending – an essential practice in the making of many great wines – the teams quickly get down to business.
How the workshop works:
- Welcome and friendly briefing around a guided tasting of three carefully selected wines.
- Teams are formed and the blending challenge begins: for 30 minutes, each group tests, adjusts, discusses and looks for the perfect combination of the three wines tasted.
- The teams are invited to name their cuvée, explain their choices and present their creation to a jury of professional sommeliers.
- The jury blind-tastes the blends, deliberates, then awards the prize for the best wine.
A memorable moment to strengthen team spirit
This activity highlights complementary talents, communication, collective decision-making and of course… the pleasure of taste! Participants leave not only with new knowledge about wine, but also with a strong shared memory that fosters team spirit and creates lasting bonds.
And to extend the experience:
